I’m Nadia Mansour, and Brown Butter Sugar is my story. I’m a recipe developer, writer, and photographer who believes in the art of from-scratch baking. What began as a small kitchen tradition has grown into a cozy corner of the internet, a family-run baking space where every recipe tells a story.
Together with my small team of bakers, recipe testers, photographers, and storytellers, I create desserts that feel like home, from brown butter cookies and golden pies to nostalgic cakes, bars, and sweet breakfast bakes. Each recipe is tested with care, baked until golden, and written to bring warmth and tradition back to your kitchen. We focus on simple homemade desserts with rich flavor, soft textures, and a touch of story in every bite.
